The restoration of vintage cars
Unimore, in collaboration with Cni-Ecipar, the training center of Cna Modena, will present a series of training courses dedicated to restoration of vintage cars at the seminar entitled "The restoration of the vintage car between passion, tradition and new technologies" to be held on Tuesday 30 October, at 6pm, at the Enzo Ferrari Engineering Department, in via Vivarelli 10, in Modena.
The speakers will be Francesco Leali, professor of engineering design and methods at Unimore and coordinator of the Automotive Academy project, Gian Luca Garagnani, professor of metallurgy at the University of Ferrara, Giacomi Mattioli (Bacchelli & Villa / Mattioli Automotive Group) and Gianmauro Frignani (Carrozzeria Frignani).
To illustrate the courses will be Laura Corradi (Ecipar) and Francesco Gherardini (Unimore). "A cycle of lessons - they tell - articulated in several modules and aimed at the training of professionally qualified figures specialized in the restoration of vintage cars of historical brands of our region".
The courses will be characterized by a practical and operational teaching with craftsmen with many years of experience, alternating with classroom and laboratory activites, held by experts and university professors.
The seminar aims to promote a path of high-level training of annual duration, tha will start in the second half of 2019 in Modena, the capital of the Motor Valley.
